"POWER DUO" Couples Coaching
Inconsistency, stress, offset schedules, different goals(and needs), varying energy and commitment levels, influencing each other, both good and bad. Couples need systems that allow for flexibility, increased connection and to be held accountable both together and individually.
This 24 week coaching program will consider each partner as an individual, but also seamlessly link your goals through bite-sized and sustainable methods. The goal being to build routines that cater to each partnersʼ needs, goals, and levels.
Over the course of our time together you will be dialing in your nutrition habits, creating better workout routines, and also prioritizing your relationship.
What's included:
2x 24 Week Workout plan
*Both you and your spouse or partner will receive a 24 week workout plan. In home or gym options available. Postpartum and pregnancy modifications available.
2x 24 Week Nutrition plan
*Both you and your spouse or partner will receive a personalized macro plan outlining the exact amounts of protein, carbs, and fats to consume in a day to help you reach your desired results. We take into consideration goals of muscle building, fat loss, as well as postpartum/breastfeeding. Along with the macro prescription, we will guide you on how to meal plan as a household to support one another's goals and encourage healthier habits as a family.
*Each week you will have a 1:1 check in with your coach in app. The goal of check in is to review your week, compliance, and set intentions for the week ahead. We will also be reviewing the couples homework for the week!
